CARE IS IN THE LITTLE THINGS.FIRST TIME HERE?
A good grooming visit starts with a conversation, long before the shampoo.
A nervous moment, a sensitive spot, a coat that tangles easily. The small details help us plan.
Bring a reference photo or simply tell us what is easy to manage at home. We’ll discuss what suits their coat.
We discuss handling and breaks together. If a full groom feels like too much, a shorter introduction can come first.
WORDS FROM THE OTHER END OF THE LEAD
Illustrative reviews
“I was never sure what to ask for with his curly coat. Talking through the length first made all the difference — he still looked like himself.”
“She’s not a fan of the dryer, so I really appreciated being asked about that before we started. The conversation felt as important as the haircut.”
“We only needed a wash between trims. No pressure to book more, and I came away knowing how to brush the bits behind his ears.”
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Choose bath & brush for a refresh without a full haircut, or the full groom for washing and reshaping. For a first introduction, choose a first hello. If you’re unsure, tell us about the coat and we can discuss the options.
Tell us before the visit about handling worries, sounds they dislike and any previous difficulties. We can discuss a shorter introduction. A completed groom is never more important than a dog’s comfort.
Please mention these before the visit. Coat condition can change the grooming plan, price and time needed. Grooming does not replace veterinary care; medical concerns should be discussed with your vet.
This studio’s menu is for dogs. Cat grooming, boarding and veterinary treatments are outside this service.
