This website accepts enquiries only, not orders or payments. Submitting a request creates no purchase or subscription. Project scope, timing and payment arrangements require a separate agreement.
Prices and plan scope
- Starter: $79 setup + $24.99/month, up to 5 simple content pages, phone/email contact links, one grouped content-change request monthly up to 15 minutes.
- Plus: $199 setup + $79/month, up to 10 pages, arranged content and agreed launch setup, flexible static modules and 60 minutes of monthly content changes.
- Complete: $299 setup + $99/month, up to 15 pages, Plus scope, conditional enquiry forms, business alerts/customer receipt emails, successful-submission/contact-click statistics, one compatible existing booking-tool connection and 90 minutes of monthly content changes.
- Priority: $499 setup + $149/month, up to 30 content pages excluding articles, Complete scope, on-site SEO setup, article centre/planning, two approved practical articles monthly, search/enquiry trend brief and limited relevant directory work; 120 minutes of miscellaneous content changes.
Starter's launch monthly price is maintained during continuous subscription. Re-subscription after cancellation requires agreement to then-available terms. No countdown, automatic price increase or minimum 12-month commitment applies. Page counts are limits; content and asset scope are agreed, not unlimited. Priority's two planned articles do not consume its miscellaneous-update allowance.
Preview, payment and acceptance
A free preview covers only the homepage and overall direction. After you approve the preview and scope, the selected setup fee is payable. Two grouped revision rounds are included. Monthly service begins when the agreed site is live and accepted; automatic payments require separate authorisation. Timing is confirmed once content and access are ready.
You approve business facts and have permission to use supplied materials. We arrange existing content within scope. You complete necessary identity, domain and third-party verification. We do not invent reviews, work examples or credentials.
Domain coverage
Plus and above cover one standard, non-premium .com in the first year and at renewal during subscription, with an annual allowance of $20. Eligible existing-domain renewals are supported with authorised access. Overages, premium names, extra domains and transfer charges require separate agreement. You remain the holder. Cancellation does not reclaim the current year's covered fee; your next renewal is your responsibility. Starter domains are paid separately.
Ongoing care
All plans include static hosting, HTTPS, automated availability monitoring, normal incident handling, checks of included contact functions and a retained version per update. Complete and Priority include one agreed, clearly labelled end-to-end enquiry test monthly. Starter/Plus forms are not included by default; their contact links are checked.
First support response is within two business days, or one business day on Priority. This is not a fix-time guarantee or 24/7 staffed support. Monthly content time does not roll over. Normal fault repairs, monitoring and agreed checks do not use that allowance. Additional requested work is quoted first.
Priority content and search work
SEO work includes titles/descriptions, internal links, indexing settings, sitemap, applicable structured data and performance setup. Two monthly articles include fact checks, formatting, links and client approval; topics, length and source material are agreed in the content plan. The monthly brief covers available search impressions, clicks and enquiry trends.
Directory work is limited to up to five relevant free listings initially, then at most one suitable addition or update monthly. No suitable directory means no forced submission. Client authorisation and verification are required. Paid collaborations need a separate quote. We do not buy bulk spam backlinks or guarantee ranking, traffic, indexing, conversion or enquiries.
Tools, upgrades and exclusions
Complete's booking connection requires one compatible existing customer tool. Compatibility, privacy permissions and any third-party fees are confirmed first. Complex membership/payments/quoting, two-way CRM sync and custom development are separately assessed paid work. External subscriptions do not become included merely because a connection is provided.
Additional static content can be quoted once while retaining Starter care. Upgrades are based on an agreed difference and actual added work, not automatic full setup charges again. Downgrades do not remove already-paid pages; changes to recurring features and allowances must be agreed.
Cancellation and free handover
Cancel to stop the next payment. Service continues to the end of your paid service period, not necessarily the natural month-end. Before then, we deliver the complete static HTML/CSS/JS package, transferable licensed assets, articles and usable deployment instructions free. No buyout fee, minimum 12 months or exit penalty.
Your domain remains yours. Agreed dynamic source and configuration documentation can be delivered, with data-export instructions and dependencies identified. Credentials are excluded. Article-centre redeployment and dynamic features may need compatible replacement services; third-party subscriptions do not transfer automatically. Hosting and maintenance from us stop at expiry. We do not withhold necessary paid-for files to sell migration help.
Optional migration and refunds
Migration operation is optional and priced once after checking the target platform and scope. It may cover compatible deployment, domain/HTTPS and supported enquiry setup/testing; platform costs are paid by you. WordPress conversion or dynamic-service migration needs a separate assessment. Free files and self-deployment instructions remain available without buying this service.
Completed and accepted setup work is non-refundable. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, setup is refunded. Applicable legal rights and final agreed terms remain in effect.
